Perfect, central location, delicious, varied breakfast (the chocolate fountain was almost too much ;-), staff very eager, umbrella rental, several coin-operated washing machines and dryers, discount on dinner buffet
First (wrong) information about ferry connections, but this may have been due to the young receptionist's lack of experience

Convenient location, easy access to main attractions and public transport. The room was clean and staff were friendly.
The room was a bit small, and the towels provided were thin and not very absorbent. The breakfast was overpriced and not worth the extra cost.
